TL;DR Guide for Razor
A guide by 2Board_on reddit who has given permission for us to post this - you can find the original guide on reddit here.
It is intended to be a brief overview of the strengths/weaknesses of the character, with the authors own opinions on the best currently available gear to pair with the character.
Overview & Passive
PSA #1:
As the DPS, it's their job to obliterate things up while looking cool. The rest of your team just watches.
PSA #2:
Both Razor's abilities scale with ATK. I'm convinced he speaks in broken sentences because he invested all his stats into ATK and not his brains.
Passive
Wolvensprint
Decreases all party members' sprinting Stamina consumption by 20%.
E - Claw and Thunder
Holding E is much better than tapping if you're in a group. The sigils are nice, but you shouldn't have energy problems if you have a good setup! BUT IF YOU HAVE RAZOR AT C4, TAP IT FOR 15% DEBUFF ON ENEMIES!
Claw and Thunder - Lvl. 1 Example Stats

Claw some enemies because you're a feral boy and who needs a sword. Enemies hit will drop sigils that give energy regen (stacks 3x). Hold E to do an AoE electro storm in front of you. Sigils will give energy and disappear if you hold the skill.
Q - Lightning Fang
PSA #3:
If you use Razor's ultimate, DO NOT SWAP OUT. It will end the duration, so just commit to slapping.
Awakening
Decreases Claw and Thunder's CD by 18%.
Using Lightning Fang resets the CD of Claw and Thunder.
Makes slappy boy come out more often and resets your E (kinda like Fischl).

Summon your dad? I honestly have zero idea what he is but oh lordy he slaps. Makes you attack faster and tankier to electro damage. YOU CAN'T DO CHARGED ATTACKS WHEN SLAPPY BOY IS OUT.
Weapons
WEAPON #1 (Recommended for mega deeps damage):Wolf's Gravestone
How do I get it D: ? - It's time to roll boys (gacha)
Has base ATK scaling which is poggers. YOU GET ATK DMG, YOU GET ATK DMG, EVERYBODY GETS ATK DMG!!!!!
WEAPON #2(Recommended for early slaps): Prototype Animus
How do I get it D: ? - Forge (Prototype x1, Crystal Chunk x50, White Iron Chunk x50)
Has base ATK scaling and it can slap someone so hard that they. Just. DIE.
Some really good other early replacements are (but not limited to): Skyrider Greatsword [scaling physical dmg + ATK buff], Debate Club [scaling ATK + AoE ATK buff], and Bloodtainted Greatsword [scaling mastery + dmg to enemies affect by electro].
ARTIFACTS
ARTIFACT #1 (Recommended for straightforward slappage): Bloodstained Chivalry + Gladiator's Finale
How do I get it D: ? - Bloodstained at Clear Pool and Mountain Cavern Domain (AR 35 locked, 20 Resin per run). Gladiators at any World Boss (40 Resin per run)
Bloodstained Chivalry - Phys Damage make razor hit hard.
Gladiator's Finale - Slap slap slap slap slap slap. SLAP.
ARTIFACT #2 (Recommended for slapping with jazz):Thundering Fury
How do I get it D: ? - Midsummer Courtyard Domain (AR 30 locked, 20 Resin per run)
Gives an electro damage buff + any electro reaction buff, but the main star is the elemental skill CD. Time to get ready to spam E.
The fun part of Thundering Fury is the possibility. Yes, it's still better just to spam the held E, but you can essentially provide orbs for yourself infinitely as well. Pair with a cryo team member and you'll be able to maximize this build.
PSA #4:
Bloodstained Chivalry + Gladiator's Finale is pretty much best in slot. What Razor lacks in the DPS compartment (compared to other DPS), he makes up for constant skill uptime and raw damage. He's a straightforward DPS and easy to play (fun too).
Summary
Main stats: ATK% Sands / Phys DMG% Goblet / CRIT% or CRIT DMG Circlet
Substats: CRIT% > CRIT DMG > ATK > EM
